I finally realized after nearly two weeks of using it that the best method was to dot it under my eyes and blend versus swiping it on. This formula is ridiculously creamy and I think a sponge applicator wouldn’t work as well as the wand. But I think I understand why they decided to go with it. Did I swipe it on? That’s originally how I was doing it and I gotta admit some small part of me still doesn’t love this wand. This is a solid ceramic wand and it confused me to say the least. Rare Beauty’s Positive Light Under Eye Brightener and Dominique Cosmetics Wide Awake Full Cover Concealer have a similar style applicator. This has become pretty standard in newer concealers. When I purchased and used it the first time I loved the formula and absolutely hated the cooling ceramic wand. ![]() I have no idea what sort of magic Covergirl has going on with Simply Ageless Triple Action Concealer. I was convinced I’d hate it and guess what? I did! It has a bit of a learning curve to using it but once you get past that curve you’ll be pleasantly surprised how perfect this especially if you have finer lines or a drier under eye area.Ĭovergirl manages to create a perfect concealer now let’s hope they keep it around forever because if I have to, I’d totally pay $20 for it. For a very long time I avoided purchasing it but I was at Target several months ago and came across it at $14 and dove in (you can get it for about the same as Ulta since they always have $3.50 coupons! Coupon code 890693 will get you that discount!). ![]() This originally launched first at Ulta and I remember passing out at the near $18 price tag. Covergirl Simply Ageless Triple Action Concealer ($12-$17) is a brightening concealer that acts to hydrate, conceal imperfections, and fill finer lines with a formula infused with a Hyaluronic Complex, Vitamin C and Niacinamide.
